Who is a Dependent?
Only legal spouses and children (biological or adopted). Parents, siblings, and unmarried partners are NOT eligible for a Dependent Visa.
Work Restrictions
Dependents cannot work full-time. They can apply for a "Permission to Engage in Activity other than that Permitted" to work part-time (up to 28 hours/week).
